how to install it

pick the client you use.

  1. Gmail / Apple Mail / most webmail: hit copy signature, then paste into the signature box.
  2. Outlook (new / web): same — copy signature and paste into Settings → Mail → Compose and reply.
  3. Outlook (classic desktop): tick full html document, download .htm, and drop the file into %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Signatures.
  4. Anything else: use copy html and paste into the client's raw HTML signature field.

your logo must be hosted at a public https url — mail clients cannot read files from your machine.

the contact icons need no setup: they are lucide icons rendered on the fly by wsrv.nl, a free public image cdn, and tinted to match your accent colour. nothing is hosted here. that does mean your signature leans on a third party — if you would rather not depend on one, pick text labels or plain under contact rows, or self-host the icons and swap the urls in the html.
